This project presents a comprehensive Tableau dashboard series analyzing Amazon's delivery performance across different Indian regions. The goal was to uncover the key factors influencing delivery ratings and efficiency, and to identify temporal and geographical trends that impact customer experience.

Delivery Performance Analysis

This dashboard focuses on delivery ratings across different dimensions:

  • City Type: Urban and metropolitan areas received higher average delivery ratings than semi-urban areas.

  • Weather Conditions: Sunny and foggy conditions were associated with slightly higher ratings, while windy weather showed a dip.

  • Traffic Density: Deliveries during traffic jams still received strong ratings, potentially reflecting better adaptability from riders.

  • Distance vs Ratings: A negative trend was observed—longer delivery distances are correlated with lower average ratings, especially for electric vehicles.

Key KPIs such as total deliveries and average delivery distance provide high-level performance metrics.

Geographical & Temporal Analysis

This dashboard dives deeper into the spatial and time-based aspects of delivery:

  • Delivery Map: Highlights concentration of deliveries across major cities and semi-urban regions in India.

  • Vehicle Type vs Weather: Assesses how different vehicle types (e.g., scooters, motorcycles, electric scooters) perform under various weather conditions, showing that motorcycles are the most consistent across weather types.

  • Delivery Volume Trend: Visualizes daily delivery patterns, revealing a steady decline in order volume over the analyzed month.

  • Time Heatmap: Identifies delivery peaks by day of the week, with Tuesdays and Fridays showing the highest activity.

  • Forecasting: A time series forecast model predicts order volumes for upcoming weeks, helping with resource planning and logistics optimization.
