Description
This project focused on analyzing 20K office supply sale records, which operates distribution warehouses in East, West, South, and Central regions. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) was performed to understand correlations between products, seasonality, and customer regions. The project aimed to identify product popularity and low-demand items, uncovering temporal patterns and trends within each region.
Final Outcome:
Based on the analysis, several recommendations were made. Increasing advertisements and holding more discount events in November, December, and September, particularly in the early and middle parts of each month, could attract more clients. Additionally, adjusting advertising and discount plans according to regional customer preferences could enhance sales. Offering discounts on less preferred shipping methods might also encourage their use. Lastly, focusing advertising efforts on more popular products could maximize sales and improve overall business performance.
